About The Position

As a General Maintenance 2 at Hilton Los Angeles Airport, you will maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while helping create memorable guest experiences. You will maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas; respond promptly to guest service calls and team-member work orders; and perform repairs and maintenance in areas including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry. You will also conduct preventive maintenance inspections, document completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and team-member work orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment and address identified needs.
• Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
