About The Position

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of designated hotel areas and helping deliver memorable guest experiences at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport. The role includes cleaning public spaces, assisting guests and supporting room cleaning, organizing housekeeping supplies, completing periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reporting maintenance needs. The hourly rate is $24.30, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces by dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
