About The Position

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Parking Attendants for luxury hotel properties across Nashville, Tennessee. The role involves providing guest service, assisting with luggage and directions, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles. Experience is preferred but not required. The position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime under applicable law. Required personal-phone use and necessary business expenses are reimbursed according to company policy and applicable law. Employment is at will, subject to applicable law.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
Have no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
Meet applicable background and motor vehicle record requirements.
Demonstrate strong customer-service skills, a professional appearance, and dependable attendance.
Be available for assigned shifts and be able to drive automatic and, when required, manual-transmission vehicles.
Be able to perform the physical duties of the position, including extended standing and walking, entering and exiting vehicles, bending, reaching, using stairs, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors; essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Valet or other relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with luggage, directions, and vehicle pickup and drop-off.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, and inspect and document existing damage.
Organize keys, manage traffic flow, and keep the valet area clean and safe.
Respond to guest requests, protect guest privacy, and follow company procedures.
