About The Position

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Parking Attendants for luxury hotel properties across Nashville, Tennessee. Attendants stay active while providing excellent guest service and may earn tips in addition to base pay. Experience is preferred but not required. This non-exempt position is eligible for overtime under applicable law. Required personal-phone use and necessary business expenses are reimbursed according to company policy and applicable law. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to meet applicable background and motor vehicle record requirements.
• Strong customer-service skills, professional appearance, and dependable attendance.
• Availability for assigned shifts.
• Ability to drive automatic-transmission vehicles and, when required, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Ability to perform the position’s physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Valet or other relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage, directions, and vehicle pickup and drop-off.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, and inspect and document existing damage.
• Organize keys, manage traffic flow, and keep the valet area clean and safe.
• Respond to guest requests, protect guest privacy, and follow company procedures.
