Requirements

Stamina to stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and stooping.
Ability to climb ladders of various heights.
Ability to stand entire shift.
Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 75lbs at a time occasionally.

Responsibilities

Open doors for guests and visitors and assist them to enter or leave the property.
Monitor commercial and personal vehicle traffic and provide directions for proper parking to ensure efficient traffic flow.
Provide information and directions to guests concerning local attractions, services, property amenities, and hours of operation.
Keep vehicles and vehicle keys secure and safe.
Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Report all cases of injuries, unsafe work conditions, and accidents to the manager.
Complete safety trainings and certifications.
Protect company assets and ensure proprietary information is kept confidential.
Follow company standard procedures for welcoming and acknowledging all guests and visitors.
Anticipate guest needs and meet them promptly.
Provide assistance to people with disabilities.
Thank and show genuine appreciation to guests.
Ensure cordial working relationships with colleagues.
Work effectively and support the team to achieve set goals.
