Valet/Parking - Valet Attendant
About The Position
As a Valet Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a lasting first impression for our guests. You will provide warm, professional, and efficient service while ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles and belongings. Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly, using their name whenever possible.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and genuine appreciation.
- Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
- Clearly communicate parking procedures and provide directions as required.
- Arrange transportation (e.g., taxis) for guests upon request.
- Maintain awareness of hotel premises and report any safety or security concerns.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
