About The Position
The Valet Attendant at Southland Casino in West Memphis, AR, is responsible for making a positive first impression on guests and providing a legendary service experience. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-stakes casino environment that runs 24/7. The attendant will greet guests, safely park and retrieve a variety of vehicles, manage the valet entrance flow, and assist guests by providing information about the casino.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable being on the move, standing, walking, and running throughout the shift in all types of weather for 8+ hours per day.
- "Guest-First" mindset.
- Professional attitude that remains steady under pressure.
- Commitment to being on time and in proper attire for all shifts.

- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
