About The Position

The Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa is seeking a Valet Attendant to join their Front Services team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for guests by providing professional and efficient service, ensuring the safe handling of guest vehicles and belongings. The hotel is the closest to Niagara Falls, offering luxury accommodations, a spa, and fine dining, and is situated near major attractions.

Requirements

Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly, using their name whenever possible.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and genuine appreciation.
Assist guests and visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
Clearly communicate parking procedures and provide directions as required.
Arrange transportation (e.g., taxis) for guests upon request.
Maintain awareness of hotel premises and report any safety or security concerns.
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval when required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
