About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles. Valet Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an active part of the team. The position requires being outdoors for most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items up to 50lbs. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience (1 year+)
• Customer service experience (1 year+)
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues and be a pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
