Valet Parking Attendant
About The Position
The Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Valet Attendant who shares a passion for service excellence. The Valet Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager. Work authorization for the location is required. Requirements
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Must be available weekends, holidays and some overnights.
- Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
- Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.
- Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Service Passion Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.
- Please be aware that scheduling will be based on as needed. Events, High Business Volumes etc.
Responsibilities
- Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
- Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely.
- Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details & inspect vehicle for any damage.
- Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.
