About The Position
The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving Member and guest vehicles, ensuring they are parked in the correct area based on size. This role also involves accurately logging all valet claim tickets, assisting with the general upkeep and cleanliness of the parking lot, and performing all duties in a safe manner, reporting any accidents to the supervisor immediately. Additionally, the attendant may shuttle members and guests to an off-site parking lot.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record screening).
- Must be able to stand or walk in extended time.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve Member and guest vehicles.
- Make sure that all vehicles are parked in the correct area based on size.
- Accurately log all valet claim tickets.
- Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the parking lot.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner and report all accidents to the supervisor immediately.
