About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a part-time Valet Driver to welcome guests attentively, courteously, and efficiently, creating a positive first impression while parking their vehicles for the day or overnight. The role also assists guests in and out of the resort and supports transportation needs. The Valet Driver helps provide a seamless arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests feel welcome and their vehicles are handled with care.
Requirements
- Experience operating various types of transportation vehicles, both automatic and manual.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptance by Kalahari Resort insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
- Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events, and daily hotel activities.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
