About The Position

SP+ is seeking safe, customer-focused Valet Drivers to provide a seamless parking and transportation experience. Drivers inspect vehicles, park them safely, explain rates, and respond professionally to client requests and concerns. They must follow traffic laws and safety practices, report incidents and hazards to management, and arrive on time in a clean uniform for every scheduled shift. The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States; valid documentation must be provided if hired.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands to handle cash and equipment, and occasionally sit, climb or balance, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, identify solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking it safely and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to help provide customers with a seamless transportation experience.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts in a clean uniform and remain in complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
