About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a part-time Valet Driver to welcome guests attentively, courteously, and efficiently, creating a positive first impression while parking their vehicles for the day or overnight. The role also provides assistance to guests in and out of the resort and supports transportation needs. The Valet Driver helps ensure a seamless, courteous arrival and departure experience and handles guests’ vehicles with care.

Requirements

• Experience operating various types of transportation vehicles, including automatic and manual vehicles, is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be accepted by Kalahari Resort’s insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all interactions with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
• Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events, and daily hotel activities.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
