Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States if hired.
• Communicate accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
• Be able to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.
• Meet the position’s physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift).
• Availability to work special shifts if needed, including second or third shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, identify solutions to problems, and communicate proactively with clients.
• Inspect each vehicle before parking it safely and note any findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Follow traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to support customers’ transportation experience.
• Report to each scheduled shift on time in a clean uniform and remain in complete uniform throughout the shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
