About The Position

Valet Captains create engaging and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They assist the management team in leading and coordinating events and uphold the company’s core values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability. The role combines team leadership, vehicle parking and retrieval, guest assistance, operational coordination, and maintaining an organized and safe parking area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Physical ability to move quickly and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service staff while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Act as a liaison between management and customer service teams.
• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and securely store keys.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Answer customer questions and handle concerns calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment and assist colleagues during peak times or as needed.
• Provide outstanding, courteous customer service and assist guests with parking needs, bags, directions, and other requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including clearing debris and trash.
• Manage parking spaces efficiently and ensure fees are collected accurately.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
