About The Position

The Valet Attendant works at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, providing valet parking services in a high-volume environment. The role includes welcoming guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, answering questions about the property and nearby activities, and assisting guests with parking-related issues. Shifts are available across a range of hours and days, and the high volume creates opportunities for tips.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience is helpful.
Must communicate effectively.
Must have an excellent driving record, verified by a motor vehicle report.
Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Must be good with numbers.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a clean criminal background.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
The position requires continuous movement and full mobility, including lifting up to 35 pounds, twisting, and bending.
