The Valet Attendant provides courteous, efficient, and safe valet service while protecting guest vehicles and delivering a welcoming, professional experience from arrival through departure. The role includes greeting guests, assisting with vehicle drop-off and retrieval, managing traffic flow, answering inquiries, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles. Attendants are expected to follow company policies and safety procedures, handle keys appropriately, and contribute to a seamless guest experience. The position is active and takes place indoors and outdoors, including on-site parking facilities, in varied weather and sometimes noisy conditions with moving vehicles. Attendants work with colleagues, vendors, and clients and may use computers, phones, and personal cell phones for work-related communication; phone-use reimbursement follows company policy. A 120-day introductory period applies. The role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. Compensation is hourly pay plus tips; the posting states valets can average $13.00–$20.00+ per hour after tips and base pay combined, with rates varying by market and tips depending on service performance and customer interactions.
