We are hiring Event Valet Attendants to greet customers, park their cars professionally and responsibly, and provide a warm welcome and professional demeanor. The Event Valet Staff members are the front-line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers attending Truist Park events. The Event Valet Staff position will last the duration of the 2026 MLB Braves season home games.

Requirements

Must be able to work the duration of the 2026 MLB Braves season home games.
Must be able to drive a manual shift vehicle.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
No offensive visible tattoos, specifically no neck or face tattoos.
Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
Strong customer service experience.
Good driving record.
Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
The ability to speak and comprehend Spanish is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized.
Promote awesome customer relations by smiling and going above and beyond.
Work with or without supervision.
Be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
