About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking energetic and fast-paced Valet Attendants to provide professional and responsible parking services to customers. As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for clients and customers, making a positive impression with a warm welcome, a smiling face, and a professional demeanor. Requirements

• Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a standard transmission.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.

Nice To Haves

• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers by name, attend to their needs, and develop rapport.
• Help direct traffic to maintain an organized flow of cars.
• Work independently with or without supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations by smiling and going above and beyond.
• Operate a manual transmission vehicle.
