Requirements
- At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests warmly at the valet entrance and provide fast, friendly, and professional service
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using claim checks
- Assist guests with special needs and provide additional support as needed
- Help manage traffic flow to ensure a smooth and efficient valet experience
- Answer guest questions about the property, including hotels, dining, events, and attractions
- Resolve guest concerns within scope and escalate issues when needed
- Report any incidents, safety concerns, or lost items to supervisors or security
- Support Bell Services with luggage assistance when needed
