This is a dual-role position where the Valet Attendant will park up to 20 vehicles per day, with valet responsibilities accounting for approximately 25% of the role. The remaining 75% will involve assisting the Resident Services Coordinator during non-peak valet periods. The ideal candidate must have prior valet experience, be fluent in English, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to assist residents and team members at all times.
