Vacation Sales Travel Team Agent - Sports Illustrated Resorts
About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a part-time Vacation Sales Agent for the Sports Illustrated Resorts team. This on-site, face-to-face sales role represents Sports Illustrated Resorts at its resort location, events, festivals, and other marketing venues throughout the Chicago area. It is not a remote or work-from-home position. The team introduces guests to vacation opportunities and experiences inspired by the Sports Illustrated brand. The agent creates engaging conversations with guests, promotes vacation experiences and preview tours, books reservations, and helps guests prepare for their vacations. Agents use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information, learn sales strategies, work toward goals, and earn uncapped commissions in addition to hourly pay. Paid training is provided, and prior sales experience is not required. Schedule flexibility is required, including availability for a variety of shifts based on business needs. The listed hourly rate is $17.05, with commission opportunities and bonuses. Top performers regularly earn more than $100,000 annually. Associates working 30 or more hours per week are offered comprehensive health and welfare benefits; some benefits may be available to associates working fewer hours where required by law. Paid time off, parental leave, and holidays depend on position. Temporary and seasonal associates are ineligible for paid time off.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.

- Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
