About The Position

The Vacation Sales Representative promotes vacation ownership opportunities to Bass Pro Shops customers. The role involves engaging guests, presenting the benefits of vacation ownership, learning about their travel interests, and offering concierge-style recommendations and discounted vacation packages. Representatives work toward individual and team sales goals and participate in training to stay informed about the company’s offerings and strengthen their skills. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfort using a computer for everyday tasks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• College education.
• One year of sales experience.
• A positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
• Experience in industries such as finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Recommend local attractions and offer discounted vacation packages as part of concierge-style service.
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed about offerings.
