About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Vacation Sales Ambassador to work inside Bass Pro Shops. The role involves connecting with customers and introducing vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly, professional manner within a high-energy retail environment. Ambassadors learn guests’ travel interests, present vacation ownership benefits, work toward sales goals, and provide concierge-style recommendations and discounted vacation packages.

The position offers market-leading base pay plus commission; top performers in 2024 earned over $60,000. Benefits are available from day one and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Team members can access discounted rates at company properties, along with ongoing training and development. The schedule is flexible and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfort using a computer for everyday tasks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• College education.
• One year of sales experience is a plus; a positive demeanor and willingness to learn are emphasized.
• Experience in industries such as finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Build trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages.
• Participate in training to strengthen skills and stay informed about offerings.
