Responsibilities

• Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors.
• Engage potential customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences.
• Present vacation packages and explain their benefits.
• Provide concierge service, recommend dining and attractions, and promote Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of its destinations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to deliver outstanding service.
• Use Hilton Grand Vacations sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to share effective strategies and support collective achievements.
