About The Position

Flowers Foods is hiring a Vacation Relief employee for the 3rd shift in LN2. The position provides vacation relief for every production position on the assigned shift. Employees must demonstrate competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. The role requires the ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job; there is no educational prerequisite.

Responsibilities

Provide vacation relief for every production position on the assigned shift.
Perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards and as directed by a supervisor or person in charge.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
Comply with company policies and procedures concerning equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Fulfill work schedules and adhere to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as directed by supervision or deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
