VA Benefits Advisor - MCB Hawaii
About The Position
CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Benefits Advisor to support our client at MCB, Hawaii. This role involves conducting transition activities in support of the VA, including standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. The position also serves as an entry-level instructor, delivering established curriculum and training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods align with established training objectives. The pay rate is $20.38/hour + $5.09/hour Health & Welfare. Responsibilities may include executing non-event activities, participating in weekly Site Lead meetings, executing quality management activities, delivering onsite activities, and executing post-event data collection. Travel may be included.
Requirements
- Entry-level instructor capabilities.
