About The Position

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Benefits Advisor to support our client at Elmendorf, Alaska. This role involves conducting transition activities in support of the VA, including standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. The position also serves as an entry-level instructor, delivering established curriculum and training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods align with established training objectives. The pay rate is $22.07/hour + $5.09/hour Health & Welfare.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust background check.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct transition activities in support of the VA.
Conduct standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings.
Conduct one-on-one engagements.
Provide pre-separation counseling support.
Support military life cycle (MLC) events.
Support Capstone events.
Provide warm-handover support.
Serve as an entry-level instructor delivering established curriculum and training tools.
Ensure course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives.
Execute non-event Activities at assigned installation.
Participate in weekly Site Lead meetings.
Execute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program.
Deliver onsite activities and execute post-event data collection activities.
