About The Position

CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Benefits Advisor to support our client at Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickam, HI. This role involves conducting transition activities in support of the VA, including standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings, one-on-one engagements, pre-separation counseling support, military life cycle (MLC) events, Capstone events, and warm-handover support. The position also serves as an entry-level instructor, delivering established curriculum and training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery methods align with established training objectives.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must be able to travel.
Must be able to deliver standardized VA Benefits and Services Briefings.
Must be able to conduct one-on-one engagements.
Must be able to provide pre-separation counseling support.
Must be able to support military life cycle (MLC) events.
Must be able to support Capstone events.
Must be able to provide warm-handover support.
Must be able to serve as an entry-level instructor delivering established curriculum and training tools.
Must be able to ensure course content and delivery methods follow established training objectives.
Must be able to execute non-event Activities at assigned installation.
Must be able to participate in weekly Site Lead meetings.
Must be able to execute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program.
Must be able to deliver onsite activities and execute post-event data collection activities.
