About The Position

Manifold Labs is seeking a highly creative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences and lead the design of our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive design language and bring innovative ideas to life in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in user-centered design and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with web design and development technologies, including HTML/CSS and JavaScript (bonus).
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality, delivering designs that are both visually stunning and highly practical.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with React.
• Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in dynamic settings.
• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• Experience designing for decentralized systems, blockchain platforms, or Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and user experience strategy for all Manifold Labs products, driving innovation and quality across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and system that aligns with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership teams to understand needs, address challenges, and align on solutions.
• Leverage user behavior data and research to design experiences that delight clients and solve real-world problems.
• Create and iterate on sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user testing and implementation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing designs, fostering a culture of testing, learning, and iteration.
• Partner with leadership to evolve and maintain a robust design system that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative tools and services that elevate the user experience.
