About The Position

ReliaQuest is seeking a UX/UI Designer to help build GreyMatter, its AI-powered security operations platform. The designer will partner with the UX team and Product Managers to shape the product, take ownership of their work, and educate others about design best practices. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex design challenges and contribute directly to ReliaQuest’s growth and success.

The designer will learn about customer needs and translate insights into product design. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders; develop and iterate on design concepts; and create wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces that balance visual quality, functionality, brand alignment, and the user journey.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio of design projects.
• Passion for designing solutions to challenging technical problems.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for AI/LLMs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations through interviews, usability testing, or feedback analysis.
• Represent user needs and advocate for a strong user experience while collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Bridge user needs and technical feasibility.
• Illustrate and iterate on design ideas using storyboards, sketches, and prototypes.
• Participate in brainstorming and test prototypes with users to shape product vision and ensure designs meet real-world needs.
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces, attending to interactions, visual elements, brand alignment, and the user journey.
• Educate others about design best practices.
