About The Position

ReliaQuest is seeking a thoughtful, self-starting UX/UI Designer to help build GreyMatter, its AI-powered security operations platform. The designer will take ownership of their work, partner with the UX team and Product Managers to shape the platform, and educate others about design best practices. The role offers the opportunity to solve challenging design problems, contribute to a high-quality user experience, and support ReliaQuest’s growth and success.

The designer will research customer needs and feedback, collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, and create and refine design concepts. They will produce wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces, ensuring that interactions and visual elements align with the brand and improve the user journey.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio of design projects.
• Passion for designing solutions to complex technical problems.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing projects involving AI or large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations through interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Represent user needs and advocate for the best possible user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to connect user needs with technical feasibility.
• Develop and iterate on design ideas through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes.
• Participate in brainstorming and test prototypes with users.
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Ensure interactions and visual elements align with the brand and enhance the user journey.
• Educate others about design best practices.
