About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and commercially-minded UX Strategist to lead data-driven optimization initiatives across a portfolio of eCommerce clients. This role goes beyond traditional UX research. The UX Strategist is responsible for translating complex performance data into clear, prioritized optimization roadmaps that drive measurable business impact. You will operate at the intersection of data analysis, measurement strategy, experimentation, and business consulting—leveraging platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and testing tools to uncover opportunities, define hypotheses, and guide cross-functional teams in execution. This role includes ownership of both insight generation and measurement strategy, ensuring that data collection, reporting, and experimentation are aligned to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is not just an analyst or researcher—but a strategic operator who can: Connect onsite behavior → business outcomes Identify high-impact opportunities across the funnel Drive experimentation programs tied to revenue, LTV, and retention Confidently advise clients and stakeholders on what to prioritize and why

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX, CRO, Product Analytics, or Digital Strategy roles
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through data-driven optimization
  • Deep expertise in: Google Analytics (GA4) Shopify analytics & reporting A/B testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Convert, Shoplift, VWO, Intelligems, etc.)
  • Strong experience with GA4 event architecture, including custom event design, funnel setup, and debugging tracking issues
  • Experience analyzing multi-step conversion funnels and user journeys to identify drop-offs and opportunities
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear reporting and executive-level insights
  • Strong quantitative skillset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to connect user behavior with business performance and financial outcomes
  • Experience building and prioritizing optimization roadmaps
  • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
  • Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and statistical significance
  • Ability to scale experimentation programs across multiple initiatives
  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in a consultative capacity
  • Exceptional storytelling ability—translating data into clear, actionable narratives
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • Experience working with design, development, and product teams
  • Ability to drive execution without direct authority
  • Strong ownership, organization, and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce, subscription models, or DTC brands
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, FullStory, Elevar, Looker, or BigQuery
  • Background in UX design or product strategy
