The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of full funnel media and O2O consumer journeys, balanced with a passion for innovation and creativity. They should be well-versed in media planning, buying, and reporting, agency management, and have a drive for implementing test plans for paid media. The ability to showcase how campaigns deliver against primary brand and business goals to peers and senior leaders is critical. Team fit is crucial.
