About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior UX Research Strategist with a proven ability to design and execute foundational research, translate complex insights into actionable product direction, and partner closely with design to drive decisions. Some things you will be responsible for: Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies. Conduct foundational research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts. Scope research creatively to balance rigour, timeline constraints, and confidence in recommendations. Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle - from discovery through validation. Participate in co-ideation sessions, translating research insights into design opportunities. Present synthesized insights with clear, actionable recommendations tied to business impact. Deliver audience-centric narratives that drive decision-making, not just research reports. Track and communicate the impact of research-informed decisions. Requirements

  • 5+ years in product strategy, UX research, or related strategic roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research (user interviews, diary studies, usability testing, etc.)
  • Track record of translating research insights into actionable recommendations and articulating their business impact
  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project and client needs
