About The Position

URBN is seeking a UX Researcher to work closely with UX Research team members, UX Designers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders. The role focuses on conducting qualitative and quantitative research to improve the user experience of digital products, including consumer websites and apps, retail systems, and internal tools. • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze data and construct a clear, evidence-based narrative.
  • Proven ability to articulate, rationalize, and communicate ideas to stakeholders, focusing on the problems or friction points being addressed.

  • Construct logical, evidence-based narratives based on data and business needs.
  • Deliver studies on time.
  • Prepare written reports, usually in Google Slides, and data visualizations that clearly communicate research insights.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and write succinct, compelling research summaries for broad stakeholder groups.
