This job is a member of the Digital Customer Experience team within the Customer Experience Organization at American Airlines. In this position, you'll work within a cross-functional team where you'll influence product and design decisions and help scale design practices across the enterprise through design systems and emerging AI-enabled workflows. You'll get to showcase your experience and knowledge in interaction / visual design, information architecture, user research, UX strategy, and the application of emerging technologies such as generative AI.
