About The Position

As a Winter 2027 Co-op - UX Design Research in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will contribute to defining the experiences that will form the future of the Keurig brand. In this role, you will work under the supervision of senior design team members to conduct meaningful research and contribute to UX design projects that will inform design decisions and experiences that span across physical appliances, digital interfaces, and IoT systems. This is an opportunity to make an impact on real products and inform future designs. You will be working directly with researchers, engineers and designers in a fast paced and challenging environment with the opportunity to impact current and future KDP products. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university studying UX/UI Research, UX/UI Design, Design Research, Industrial Design, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data and communicating research findings to broader teams
  • Experience conducting consumer research on a physical/digital product, experience, or program(s)
  • Experience developing protocols, discussion guides, stimuli, recruitment criteria, surveys, and other research materials
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the customer to drive innovation and design
  • Develop research materials including protocols, discussion guides, stimuli, recruitment criteria, surveys, and other materials
  • Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research studies
  • Analyze data to generate user insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Contribute to digital and brewer based UX design initiatives
  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
