About The Position
The Utility team member supports restaurant, kiosk, and retail operations by maintaining clean and organized work areas, keeping products stocked, delivering products efficiently, and helping receive and store inventory. The role requires courteous, friendly, efficient service to customers and team members, a positive company image, and adherence to Paradies Lagardère’s TRIFIC core values: Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, and Commitment. The duties and requirements may change during employment. The listed schedule is Sunday off; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 8pm–2pm; Thursday and Friday off.
Requirements

- Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.

Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
- Meet First Class Service standards when interacting with guests, business partners, and peers.
- Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals for designated items in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Keep equipment clean and in working condition, and report issues to management.
- Coordinate with kiosks and the shared kitchen to keep grab-and-go products stocked and available for sale.
- Load carts with products from the shared kitchen and stock areas, then deliver them efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
- Maintain stock areas and rotate products.
- Perform light maintenance.
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
- Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
- Comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food-safety requirements.
- Help receive products and store inventory promptly and properly.
