About The Position

The Utility employee is an experienced forklift operator who enjoys variety and learning multiple processes. The role involves operating a forklift safely and efficiently in a production setting and being cross-trained to perform several functions within the facility. Employees must follow written and verbal instructions, provide feedback, and apply critical thinking. The work takes place in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and conditions that vary depending on the time of year. Employees must use personal safety equipment.
