About The Position

Bacon Bacon is a San Francisco-based food brand serving travelers fast, delicious comfort food at Terminal 3 at SFO. The Utility team member maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store and kitchen, washes dishes and other items, keeps work areas orderly, stocks supplies, handles trash, assists with deliveries, and disposes of used oil according to SFO Airport procedures. The role requires open availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing or walking for the full shift and lifting or moving up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Must pass TSA/SFO background check for airport badging.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Open availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Able to stand or walk for the full shift and lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and follow instructions, short correspondence, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen, work areas, equipment, dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, utensils, floor mats, and garbage cans using assigned cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and maintain work areas in an orderly and sanitary condition.
• Stock food, utensils, and supplies in serving stations, refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash to designated disposal areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and storing supplies in proper locations.
• Dispose of used oil in accordance with established SFO Airport procedures.
