About The Position
The Dishwasher/Utility employee helps make the bakery’s cake production possible by working hands-on with bakers during the cake-making process. The role also keeps bakery equipment clean and ready for use. Team members are expected to reflect the company’s Core Values: Servant’s Heart, Spirit of a Champion, and Guest Obsessed. The workplace is described as casual, fun, and social, with flexible work schedules and earlier closing hours than many food-service jobs. Cake discounts are offered.
Responsibilities
- Assist bakers with the cake-making process each day.
- Keep bakery team equipment clean and ready for cake production.
- Support and develop the team and contribute to a superior guest experience.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, work with urgency, use sound judgment, and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Build positive, productive relationships and communicate openly.
- Represent the brand positively in the local community.
