About The Position

The Utility associate restocks retail and kiosk locations, transports products from shared kitchens to restaurants, and provides timely, accurate, and friendly support to team members. The role supports first-class experiences for the traveling public by following service standards and company values, including Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, and Commitment. The associate is expected to contribute to a safe, respectful work environment free of harassment and to deliver courteous, efficient service to customers and colleagues.

The position includes coordinating product availability across kiosks, shared kitchens, restaurants, and retail stores; receiving and storing inventory; maintaining clean, sanitary, organized work areas and stock areas; and performing light maintenance and waste removal. Duties may change during employment, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Experience handling chemicals properly.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with team members.
• Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers.
• Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Exceed first-class service standards with guests, business partners, and peers.
• Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, using designated cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations.
• Keep equipment clean and in working condition and report issues to management.
• Coordinate with kiosks and the shared kitchen to keep grab-and-go products stocked and available for sale.
• Load carts with products from shared kitchen and stock areas and deliver them efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
• Maintain stock areas and rotate products.
• Perform light maintenance.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety requirements.
• Receive products and promptly store inventory properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
