About The Position
Fairmount Behavioral Health System is seeking a PRN Utility Worker to join their Nutrition Services Department. The role is located on a 27-acre wooded campus in Philadelphia, offering a therapeutic environment for patients and families. Fairmount is a significant regional resource for individuals with psychiatric and behavioral problems, as well as alcohol and drug dependency needs, and is known for its specialized co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Prior food service experience in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of basic math
- Knowledge of equipment usage
- Knowledge of cleaning products
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area
- Assuming dishwashing responsibilities
- Receiving incoming deliveries
- Maintaining stock in storage and dining areas
