About The Position

The Utility Worker cleans, repairs, and performs limited painting on containers to protect or cover interior and exterior surfaces. The role includes minor repairs such as axle repair or replacement, moving containers within the yard, loading and unloading new and used containers from trucks, and monitoring container inventory. The position is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. The expected base pay rate is $35.50 per hour.

This is a safety-sensitive role requiring strict compliance with safety rules and protocols. The successful candidate may be subject to pre-employment, post-incident, reasonable-suspicion, and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with government regulations and company policies. Requirements

• Four years of relevant work experience.
• Strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols.
• Successfully meet applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow supervisor instructions regarding minor painting and repairs to assigned containers.
• Perform minor container repairs, including axle repair or replacement.
• Wash container interiors and exteriors as needed.
• Move containers within the yard.
• Load and unload new and used containers from trucks.
• Perform minor painting duties.
• Monitor the site's container inventory.
• Perform general duties and responsibilities as required.
