About The Position
Terzo is a logistics company that focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. This role assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
- Assists with special projects as directed.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Performs other duties, as required.
