Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, understand, and follow simple drawings and instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to use measurement instruments such as scales and gauges.
Capable of moderate physical effort and occasional heavy lifting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly and sub-assembly of parts and products as directed.
Pick up and deliver required parts and tools
Use scales, gauges, and measurement instruments to ensure products meet specifications.
Read and interpret simple drawings and instructions.
Pack finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
