Rich Products Corporation is hiring a Utility Worker to support processing and packaging frozen food products at its Brunswick facility. The position involves assisting with production-line operations, directing team members as needed, meeting quality specifications and production needs, and contributing to safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious production. Utility Operators are cross-functionally trained to assist wherever needed, track necessary KPIs, learn all equipment, and move between assignments as required. The role may support pack-end or wet-end operations, including operating or assisting with baggers, carton formers and sealers, robots, Vemag equipment, batter equipment, and fryers. It also includes supporting shift setup and handoff, filling in for a Senior Operator when absent, completing production checks, ensuring correct setup and changeovers, and following up on required cleaning and inspection tasks. The employee must follow safe work practices, GMPs, housekeeping, product safety, and quality requirements; identify and communicate processing or product problems; and work cooperatively with team leaders, managers, and coworkers. The work involves regularly handling cheese and other ingredients. Severe allergies to ingredients or materials used in processing—including flour, baking ingredients, phosphates, cardboard dust, latex, or chlorine—may prevent performance of the essential job functions.
