About The Position

NEXDINE Hospitality provides dining, hospitality, fitness center, and facility management services to organizations nationwide. The Utility Worker / Salad Prep role is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and works Monday through Friday. The starting pay rate is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Utility Worker washes dishes, pots, pans, and other equipment as assigned and maintains a clean work environment. The role also assists with food preparation and requires strong customer service when representing both the client and NEXDINE.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Receive products from vendors and organize stock.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef Manager.
